If you’re not satisfied with your purchase we want to hear all about it! Depending on your product and its price you may be eligible for site credit, a refund, or a reshipment. We stand by our JSC Trade products, and if you’re truly unsatisfied please email our team at web@jscommission.com for your options.

When will my order ship and how long it takes?
Orders placed on our online store will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days and shipped via Royal Mail. Please note that due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, it might take us longer than usual to ship your order and process returns.
I'm having problems with the tracking.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via web@cosmolivecosmetics.co.uk.
Sometimes Royal Mail tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime. We’ve also seen packages arrive before they are marked as delivered.
To help you ease your concerns, we offer shipping insurance through Route so make sure you turn this option on during checkout. You’ll find it when selecting the shipping method and before continuing to the payment methods.

For all insured packages whose status is not “delivered” you can claim your goodies after 14 days. For packages marked as "delivered" (but stolen), they can be claimed after 5-14 days from being marked as delivered.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at web@cosmolivecosmetics.co.uk and we’ll be sure to get you the goodies you ordered or get compensated. Cosmo Trade will cover your expenses.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. If you have an order in “pending” because of this, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, SumUp, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards.
What is your return policy?
Please contact our team within 14 days of receiving your product to see if you're eligible for a return label, a reshipment, website credit or refund.
If your package is returned to us by mistake or issues during the delivery process by Royal Mail we’ll automatically refund you upon receipt in our warehouse, our team will process your return within 7 business days of its delivery. We do not offer automatic re shipments but you’re free to order again after your refund is processed.
